Rooftop Sunset Pilates
Introducing our first-ever Sunset Ritual at [klenz]natural®—an elevated movement experience designed to help you shed the buildup of the week and deeply reset your system. The class will be guided by Christine Gregory.
On Sunday, July 12th, we are taking our practice to the sky. Imagine a 720-square-foot rooftop oasis, the majestic mountain range as your backdrop, and an intentional 50-minute mat Pilates mobility flow. 7:00 PM doors open; 7:10 movement begins.
We will be chasing the golden hour. As the warm evening light washes over the peaks, we will focus on deep stretching, joint mobility on the mat, and restorative lymphatic drainage to decompress your body. Our ambient perimeter lighting will set the perfect tone, leaving you completely restored and ready for the week ahead.
This isn’t just a class. It is a dedicated space to release the day's demands and transition effortlessly into a night of deep, restorative rest.

The Master of Movement Guiding Your Sunset Ritual
At [klenz]natural®, we believe that an elevated experience requires elite guidance. That is why we are incredibly honored to have Christine Gregory leading our rooftop mat Pilates practices.
Christine is not just an instructor; she is a dedicated scholar of the human body and mind. As the Co-Chair of the Dance Department at Cerritos College, she brings a profound, collegiate-level understanding of anatomy, kinetic flow, and holistic mobility to every single session.
Her Elite Credentials & Expertise:
Academic Leadership & The Mind-Body Connection: Alongside her role as Co-Chair, Christine holds a Bachelor's degree in Dance Education and a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Dance with a highly specialized focus in Performance Psychology, allowing her to guide not just physical movement, but true mental decompression.
Exceptional Pilates Pedigree: She is certified through the prestigious New York-based Pilates Academy International (PAI), a highly respected descendant of the rigorous Stott Pilates method.
Clinical & Biomechanical Precision: Certified in Redcord Active Suspension Training, Christine brings a deeply clinical eye to her flow. She has extensive experience applying her practice in physical therapy settings, including her work at Kinetic Core in Irvine.
Luxury Studio Experience: Her career spans the most exclusive wellness spaces in Southern California. She has taught Pilates at Equinox in Downtown and West Los Angeles, and has been a sought-after instructor at elite boutique studios across Beverly Hills, Costa Mesa, and Irvine.

Form Focus Fitness Wellness Event
Join @joel_formfocusfitness and @klenznatural for a boot camp and wellness event on Sunday May 16, 2021. Trainer Joel Gregory of FormFocusFitness is an amazing trainer who emphasizes total body health and offers years of experience. [Klenz]natural will be on-site with our most popular products, as well as new holistic healing products. We will be giving away a yoga package, a relaxation package, a training package and much more. Please come out and support your local businesses on May 16th at Bel Vino’s Winery Reception lawn from 9-10 AM. The cost is $20 a person at the door, $15 in advance and includes an insulated water bottle and workout towel. Hope to see you there!
